Overview
FOFA is a newly publicly traded company(FOFA) Our goal is to invest in the verticals to provide family office services including CPA’s, Wealth Management professionals' estate planning, lenders, attorneys, etc.
Structure
FOFA desires to purchase a minority or as much as 100% of a CPA practice. The CPA practice would participate in the profitability of the family office structure.
Benefit to the CPA Entity
A massive number of CPA’s are expected to retire over the next 10 years, estimated to be 70%.
FOFA provides a succession plan and a very attractive path. Our structure is attractive for CPA’s wishing to grow as well as those looking to retire. FOFA’s philosophy is to be professional, respectful, fair, and helpful.

Patrick Adams, CFA, CEO

Patrick Adams, CFA, the CEO, has been Managing money since 1985, Mr. Adams prior experience includes serving as Chief Investment Officer and portfolio manager for the Berger Mutual Funds, and as a portfolio manager for Kemper and the Dreyfus/Founders mutual funds. Adams was recognized as having an outstanding long-term track record at multiple large mutual fund families. Under Mr. Adams’ leadership, Berger Funds was recognized by Mutual Fund magazine as one of the nation’s best performing Fund Company for multiple years. The Founders Balanced fund was the top ranked performing balanced fund for three years under his management and Barron’s magazine recognized Pat as having “All the Right Moves” and “Perfect Timing”. Patrick’s education includes an MBA from Xavier University and a BS from Ohio State University in both accounting and finance.
Rico Conte, Director of Acquisitions

Rico Conte, the Director of Acquisitions, began his investment career as a financial services professional in 1991 working in capital markets, capital introductions, and wealth management. During his tenure as a financial services executive, he collaborated on a number of business advisory transactions and raised millions of dollars in capital for growth companies. He then added operational experience as CEO of a 300-store retail chain which he co-founded, navigated through two equity rounds as a private company, and managed the IPO process. Rico received a Bachelors of Business Administration from Rider University, a Masters in Business Administration from University of Phoenix, and a Masters in Banking and Finance from Boston University.
